In the 1970s, Hal joined his father on the family dairy, and together they built a new barn and parlor that set the foundation for years of growth and innovation. Their shared passion for farming strengthened not only their business but also their bond as a family. Cindy worked beside Hal in the fields, running equipment and helping raise both their children and the next generation of dairy enthusiasts.
For the Olsens, dairy farming has always been more than an occupation. It is a way of life built on dedication, family values, and care for their cows and community. Even as their operation evolved, their commitment to quality and integrity remained constant.
Today, Hal and Cindy’s legacy continues through the relationships they’ve built in the dairy community and the lessons they’ve passed down to their family. Their story is a tribute to the heart of Utah dairy farming—where tradition, innovation and love for the land come together.
