What You’ll Do:

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Human Resources Director will lead all aspects of HR across a two-state region. You’ll oversee compliance, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, culture, employee development and leadership support. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy

• Leading recruitment, onboarding, performance management and development programs

• Ensuring compliance with employment laws in multiple states

• Fostering an inclusive and accountable culture aligned with Dairy West’s values

• Serving as a trusted advisor to the executive team and organizational leaders

• Guiding HR systems, analytics and workforce planning

• Supporting succession planning and organizational design

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Are a collaborative and empathetic HR leader with a strategic mindset

• Thrive in dynamic environments and lead with clarity, service and accountability

• Have 10+ years of progressively responsible HR leadership experience

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred)

• Are experienced managing HR functions across multiple states

• Are knowledgeable in employment law, HRIS tools and best practices

• Possess strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication skills

• Are proficient in Microsoft 365 and HR systems

• Are able to travel regionally as needed
