Ingredients

1 box lasagna noodles (or no-boil sheets)

2 cups cottage cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella

½ cup grated parmesan
-
1 egg
-
1–2 cups marinara sauce
-
1 lb ground beef or turkey (optional)

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease an 8x8 baking dish.

In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Cook noodles according to package directions (if not using no-boil).

Optional: Brown meat with salt and pepper.

Layer in this order: sauce → noodles → cottage cheese mixture → meat (if using) → mozzarella. Repeat layers.

Finish with mozzarella on top.

Bake 35–40 minutes, until bubbly and golden.

Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
